We have been using Coretalk for the past 5 months. It is very important for our clients to receive a level of service that far exceeds their expecations. This is the reason that we have purchased a Coreatlk. The system allows us to communicate with our clients in an effective, simple and punctual manner.

Coretalk has enabled a 96% efficiency in sending messages regarding the following: Promotions in the Parts & Services department as well as data on New and Used cars. In addition to this, we have been able to refine and simplify the process of sending out invitations to our clients for social events. We also use Coretalk to out specialised messages as well as information about our operating hours during the Christmas Season.

We beleive that this communication system is user friendly and at the same time very effective. Nowdays, everyone has a cellphone and they are far more reliant on their phones as a mean of communication than email, for example. The cost of SMS is far lower and the benifits are enormous.
