The Gardeners Grapevine Magazine has been using Core Talk for over 4 years now and it has helped to revolutionize our communications with our clients.

The sales staff use it extensively for reminding clients, either individually or in mass, of deadlines, changes to adverts and other things that need attention on that side. The Credit Controller has found it invaluable for reminding clients about overdue payments, for sending our banking details and for informing generally about the state of the client's account.

We have found that a Core Talk sms gives us a much faster and direct response and many of our clients ask us to only communicate by sms as it is an instant reminder that stays on their phone. A large proportion of our advertisers are one man businesses, so there is no secretary to leave a telephone message with; and a voice message left on a cell phone gets forgotten. Core Talk gives us that direct line of communication and the system gives us a comprehensive report of all messages, to and from the client, which has proved very useful when there is any doubt or a dispute about what has been “said”.

We have had our own software developed to streamline our operation and Core Talk will integrate very nicely into that program, thereby giving us a complete record of all communication with each client.
