My screen stays yellow?

  • This can be caused by two reasons; firstly the client has not used their system in a month, as soon as the modem light goes green and Coretalk sends the SMS to the Coretalk server a token will be sent back the Coretalk and open the system, normally 5 or so minutes.
  • Second reason, the modem is not registered on the Coretalk server, if the screen does not open after 10 minutes, a call will have to be logged with Coretalk to investigate.
