Coretalk is now endorsed by the Jamaica Customer Service Association
Coretalk is now endorsed by the Jamaica Customer Service Association (JaCSA) for the exceptional customer service benefits it can provide. Coretalk was used by JaCSA to send personalized SMS invites for its annual conference on 3rd and 4th November as well as for the question and answer session for presenters at the conference itself. Attendees were able to text their questions to Coretalk at any time and they were answered by the speakers at the end of their presentation.

In addition, Coretalk Caribbean was a key exhibitor at the event where it demonstrated the Coretalk CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and GMA (Gather Manage Analyse) services to the conference participants.
