Things to look out for:

  • Copy and Paste

Do not Copy and Paste sms message from another document. This may cause an increase in characters which isn't visible to the user.eg.Message:3 SMS parts 156 characters Will be sent and billed as a 3 part message.

 

  • Signal

0% signal = messages will not be sent or received.

 

  • Link file

Punctuation in a Link file excel document may cause an increase in characters which isn't visible to the user.eg.Message:3 SMS parts156 characters Will be sent and billed as a 3 part message.

 

  • Computer in Standby mode

Modem Computer must not go into standby mode during a bulk send of messages.

  • Modem Computer

Modem computer must be turned on with CT logged in for network pc’s to be able to send and   receive messages.

  • Cell numbers

Cell numbers must have a 0 in front or 27 if the 0 is dropped.

 

  • Importing Birthdays

Must be in the following order YYYY-MM-DD.

 

  • Promo & Rem KEY WORD

Key word must be one word with no spaces. One unique key word per promo and per remote        sms.

 

  • Country Code

Coretalk must be set to South Africa’s country code (27)
