Where do see my old messages sent and received?

  • The communications history is there to show you every message that you have sent or received, using the filter buttons you can easily determine what messages and what kind of messages you are sending and receiving. You are equipped with a search bar and an interval filter to allow you to narrow down the history to specific messages that you are interested in. From the Coretalk desktop click the communications history button:
  • Viewing Incoming And Outgoing Messages
  • You can filter out Outgoing Messages so that you can see incoming messages only or show Outgoing messages by clicking on the 'Outgoing' button. If the button is crossed it means that Outgoing messages are not being shown and if the button is ticked then Outgoing messages are being shown. The 'Incoming' button works in exactly the same manner except that it refers to messages that you have received and not that you sent, with the button looking the same for not showing and for showing.
  • Filtering and Searching For Messages
  • Using the Coretalk search bar you can enter any text that is in the message or any detail about the message for example who the message is from and the table will only display the results of that search. Now you can limit the message using the periodic filter, by selecting the period and ticking the selection box you can limit the table to only display the messages for the last 2 days for example or the last hour. Now you have searched for all the messages from John Doe for the last 3 days that he sent you in just a few clicks.
  • Using The Message History
  • The message history can be used to help you with accountability and billing information as well as record keeping for documentation purposes. The print button takes you to a printable report of what is displayed in the table that you can then print to paper and store. Financial Accounting for communications is easy especially if your business has heavy SMS costs you can even select the columns that you want displayed as usual in Coretalk to show only the relevant message information.
